- Go out for a walk or sit quietly with your superhero and your villain Go, on don’t be shy you can talk to them. They love you remember?
- Find 10 elements (characteristics, style, attitude, way of being) you feel you lack and love to have more of. If you want more, ask as many as you like.
- Write them in your Workbook
- Find a place somewhere where you will not be disturbed
- Visualize the elements. For instance if it’s courage make up an image that stands for courage. Like a lion or a bold car. Softness is a kitten. You can doodle the elements in your Workbook.
- Once you ‘see‘ all the elements. visualize them high up in the sky. It might be a good idea to close your eyes for this.
- Take the superhero stance (in your minds eye or just do it) chin up, right arm out and jump. See yourself flying through the sky, touching all the elements like bright stars . Every time you touch an element it’s yours. That characteristic has glued itself onto you.
- Take some time to reflect on your new beliefs en insights and thank your Superhero, your villain and yourself!
The unification
Most likely the unification with your superhero and your villain does not come as a surprise. Actually it’s a re-unification. Because there is absolutely no difference between you and your superhero. There is also little difference between you and the villain.
You’ve created your superhero, you came up with your villain. You are the catalyst to change. Like a wizard you came up with the light and the shadow. Everything you have created in your mind most likely is part of who you already are. The boldness, the perseverance, the focus you long for. it’s was there all the time. But it was hidden from your view. Out of reach on some far away planet. All Villain and Hero did was give you the courage to embrace the parts you longed for. [dt_gap height=”20″ /]
Now, unless you already came from the Planet of Geniuses this is not a Do it Once and you’re Fine forever. Most likely you have to do it more than once. Maybe you need some extra villain or a little extra superhero gold dust. Adjust. Give it time. Don’t forget to be kind to yourself. It will all work out.
