Course Overview:
Your Creative Superhero Toolkit
Welcome,
You are about to become a Courageous Creative Superhero. Are you ready?
You are a Creative Being You came to this world with a fully intact capability of expressing yourself. This is a gift so huge it’s almost impossible to grasp.
Step one in our journey is to give yourself permission. Permission to create. Permission to (re)fill your cup. To give yourself the gift of time and attention and nourish your soul, mind and heart. Giving yourself permission to fail, make a mess, create truly ugly things (by the way what you consider ugly, I might love, and the other way around) is the fastest way to trust your creativity.
Let’s get you validated.
Maybe you don’t feel very creative at this moment. But creativity is not for artists only. We are all creative. It manifests itself in you the moment you’re figuring out what to wear, how to set the table for beloved guests, or how to get more people to your website. When you open your heart to creativity, you invite happiness, joy and transformation in your life.
You were born with this capacity. But often – somewhere at school when we are just 6 or 7 years old – we ditch our free flowing creativity, and start relying more on our brains. Too often we heard: “That’s not very accurate don’t you think?” “A cat is not blue.” “Maybe you should sing a little less loud. It’s out of tune”.
We forget we have that beautiful Creative Soul to guide us.
You forget you ARE a Creative Soul.
We have grown to believe we have to be really good at something before we can share our endeavours and ideas. The shiny result of our work has become more important than having fun doing it. When we grow older we got stressed and busy and lapse into survival mode. We rather go for practical and efficient. No time for doing something just for the Joy of Doing it.
These 14 lessons teach you how to reconnect with your Creative Soul (aka yourself) by doing simple and fun exercises, we create a Creative Superhero and a matching Super Villain. Because black and white go together and it’s in the shadow where we find true insight in ourselves.
This is how you start:
- If you haven’t taken the Highly Sensitive Renaissance Soul test go there and take it now. It will help you move forward and provide you with insight in what you need. You might be a Wonderfully Weird Woman!
- Go to the Facebook group and introduce yourself.
- Download the workbook. It’s made for you to go through your Toolkit in 14 Easy Steps.
- What you need:
+ A Pair of Scissors
+ Pen, some pencils and glue
+ Non-artsy stuff (don’t worry about that now, I’ll explain later)
+ Time
+ ‘Your Artists Space’
Try to create some sort of space somewhere in your house or office where you keep everything you do in this course together. It can be anything from a box to an entire table.
Dare to make it a scared space. Your hard work deserves some degree of sacredness. - When working with our creativity we inevitably run into some sort of obstacle. When that happens don’t drop out. Be courageous. Your hard work will be rewarded. What can you do when you have the urge to drop out?
A. Post in the facebook group share your doubts, worries etc.
B. Ask a friend for help, share!
C. If you are ready to create Big Changes and live a fully empowered authentic life I would be honored to open show you the way. I work with a small amount of woman each year.

Or join the next group of Wonderfully Weird Women in The Circle - When something doesn’t work or if anything is not clear let me know ASAP. I’m a one man band, and created this Toolkit by hand (and some help from technology) so it’s always possible something doesn’t work as I meant it to be.
