  • Ask yourself questions like:
    – What would my life be without love?
    – Who do I love unconditionally?
    – What have I learned about love as a child?
    – Why do I not love …?
    – What love for …. has changed  me?
    – How would I feel if I could love everybody (enemies included)?
    – How does my body react when I repeat love … love … love … ?
    – Do I fully trust I deserve love?
    – When no one says “I love you” to me, am I still loved?
    – If love has form, what would it look like?
    – If love had taste, what would it taste like?
    – If love had sound, what would it sound like?
    – If love would had substance, what would it weigh?
    – What is the opposite of love?
