Are you ready for this?
1.Write down three words that you feel describe you.
Today you are going to find the three words that you feel describe you and find out how the world sees you.
Don’t overthink it. It’s a start.
If you think it’s a corny word, let it be corny – who cares – this is just your word for now.
2. Find 6 people to give you their 3 words for you
Look for differences and words that have a relationship or connection with each other and for synonyms.
When someone says you are innovative and other people say you are: fresh, unconventional, unorthodox, off-center, unusual, unfamiliar, unprecedented, avant-garde, experimental, inventive, it’s safe to assume that peoples perception of you is that you are a truly innovative person.
And that word should definitely go on you Authentically You Sheet.

These are three words I would never come up with myself. But if 5 people would tell me how well I fit their team, then that’s how the world sees me.
