Make a selfie from Head to Toe

This requires courage. And I hope – and encourage you!! – to do this.

I will make one too. And remember what happens in the group stays in the group.

 

How to make a Selfie?

Option 1
Get the free app GoCam by Crunchfish.  It lets you make a selfie from a distance with hand gestures.

Option 2
Use a selfie stick Or a tripod if you have one.

Option 3 
Photograph yourself in front of a mirror.

Option 4
Ask someone to make a head-to-toe shot of you.

Post your selfie on your own timeline (os send it to friends)

Make sure we can see you (turn on the lights! baby!)

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A COURAGE SELFIE

This is not about posture, clothes, body weight, beautiful surroundings etc. This is an exercise in Showing Up and in being open to RECEIVE and GIVE POSITIVE feedback on how you make other people FEEL.

Try to go far far beyond Likes and Dislikes. Go straight for that heart to heart. See and acknowledge the light, courage, love, distinctiveness in each other and feel the connection!
