1. Find a buddy (or buddies) in the Facebook group and befriend her so she gets access to your personal Facebook account. And vice versa. Or share your Instagram account.
You don’t have to befriend someone for that, but each other you’re about to study it anyway.

You can also watch the accounts of your own friends.

Now, look, feel, be open en curious. Ask yourself: “Who is this person? What are her hobbies, what does she care about? Is she very political, is there art, who’s her family?”
And give each other feedback.”What I feel when I look at your feed is:…..”
“What I see when I look at your feed is:….. “

Remember to look at the grand total of someone. No judging here, just how does she make you feel and what do you see.

Avoid political discussions, if someone is pro-or-anti ‘whatever’ just say: “What I see is that you’re pro-…. . If someone believes something you don’t believe: you say: “I see you believe……”

You will be surprised what people see when they look at you.

Write the feedback you get on the Authentically You Brand sheet.

Like “What so-and-so saw and felt when she looked at my feed was…….. and that was new/surprising/ eye-opening/etc. to me”

Try to be as open and curious as possible!
