Who to ask for you 360 degrees?
Close friends, a partner, a colleague, clients, former colleagues, peers, a child or young adult (any child you’re around regularly if they are young adapt the questions. If you’re not around children or young adults, ask another friend) ask your study buddy and ask in the group.
Tell the people you’re about to interview that your focus is on the positive.
Be very clear about this. This is meant to Lift You Up and show you the unique aspects that you take for granted.
This is an important assignment because this is the kind of feedback you probably never had before!
Yes, this might be scary – because what might the say? Right? – but trust me you will get the most amazing answers.
- Write your answers in your workbook and journal
- Reflect on the answers.
Are the answers completely new? Or did you know already it at a certain level?

This is consciously differentiating yourself.
